Chino
| What is chino?
A durable cotton fabric which uses a steep twill construction. It is mercerized to give the fabric a slight sheen. Chino has been used in the construction of the U.S. Army uniforms as well as for the British Army for many years. It is one of the only fabric constructions that can withstand the rigors of military wear. Chino is a fabric typically used in pants and trousers, and originally made with 100% cotton.
